The accommodation was gorgeous and luxurious. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a wonderful sleep after a long haul flight. the food was delicious and the staff very polite. i would definitely stay again!!!
the hotel did not allow me to park my car in their parking lot. they also claimed i had taken away the hair straightener. i have never seen one in a hotel room. it created stress and annoyance.

The hotel's walkable location allows for easy access to many restaurants and cafes. Breakfast included a delicious buffet and a menu with options like avocado toast. The bed was comfortable, I had a great night's sleep.
The room lighting controls were difficult to manage! Adjusting the settings required multiple attempts. It was hard to use the central overhead light without affecting the entire suite.

the rooms size wasn't great. i expected more space, especially because of the price. also, the staff wasn't very friendly. they didn't seem to care much about guests, and i didn't feel very welcomed. it just was like they are there to do the job, not make you comfortable.

the room was kinda drafty, see, the window didn't close proper. i had to call maintenance like, every day to get it shut tight. also, there was this private party friday. lasted 'til 2am with music so loud, it kept me awake. earplugs, they offered. real classy, that.
